"I'm offended and you should go to jail"; To paraphrase what ArtsyGum had to say about a form of comedic art known as, parodying. With 6,388 watchers, one may wonder why she proceeds to spread a fascist rhetoric. What caused such an extreme view?
A parody of Undertale characters, that were made into Urbanized, and arguably "ghetto stereotypes", is what set off this triggered gal. It's most certainly something that's been done before multiple times, in movies, T.V. shows, and so on. Nor is the said Deviant the first to suggest such a radical idea. But it's always good to keep an open mind, and since she hid my comment, called me racist, and blocked me, after I made a calm argument against said idea. I decided to make my own journal.
Now to really get into this abomination :

"Cyber-bullying and parodying are one in the same correct (depending on how you look at it)?"

Multiple 'Youtubers', and directors, have parodied someone or something in an "offensive" manner. South Park for example. Are you saying that equates to bullying? If so, why aren't the creators in jail? Well I can tell you why, because FREE SPEECH, and ART, are not a form of bullying.

"One may say that they are parodying someone when in truth they're cyber-bullying someone just to make other people think that it is okay to do (this will make other people join in not knowing that the "parody" is meant to attack someone else). This is a serious topic to bring up since many people including me have been cyber-bullied before and it is not fun in the slightest. The reason why I made this journal is because I came across this. blog.seattlepi.com/timothymcco… This article speaks so much truth about this topic.  "

So you've made your point, and provided no argument behind it. You instead link a very biased and old article, which suffers from multiple fallacies and overall poor logic. But a parody is a joke, not an attack. Making a joke out of characters you like, is not an attack. From what I've seen so far you've been an aggressor in this situation, making slanderous claims against b0rschka . Such as calling said person "racist" and a "bully". As well as what seemed was a comment directed at me, calling me racist.

"There has been someone who has been "parodying" something that I've worked my ass off to make. Their excuse for that is that it is a parody when in truth it's a act of cyber-bullying. Cyber-bullying is indeed illegal and could get the person put in jail."

Again, points without explanation. Also, no, you're wrong. First of all, there is no federal law against Cyber-bullying, most states haven't even made it illegal. However, there are usually school policies against it.

But let's say cyber-bullying was illegal on a federal level. You would need a lawyer, and let me tell you, no lawyer is going to take a case like this for free! You would need to know who GoldNparadise is in real life. Prove that said person is the one committing said crimes. This will be over a long period of time, multiple court dates, probably dealing with being in different states. But let's say you do all that, more than likely it would result in civil penalties. If GoldNparadise is a minor, then I can assure with 100% certainty that she will not serve any time. Most respectable judges would throw the case out. You would lose a lot of money on court lawyer fees.
You can go to the police with this, but they can't and won't do anything. So congratulations, you slander and attempt to defame someone, which is also illegal.

"There have been victims of cyber-bullying that have actually harmed themselves because these horrible people wouldn't leave them alone and continued to bother them."

This is a debatable statement, and a fallacy. When people harm themselves, it's due to an underlying mental disorder. But it's not because people said "mean" things to them over the internet. Using the internet is a choice, you don't need to use the internet, and therefore you choose to see said "harassment". People who have harmed themselves, chose to join a social media website, chose to see what they consider "offensive".
Most normal functioning, and even non-functioning people can deal with "mean things being said to them. They can deal with "offensive" material. You are choosing to view said "offensive" art, and being overly-sensitive about it.

"There are some children/teenagers (who are indeed bullies) these days that don't understand the severity of this topic. The really need to learn this and fast before they end up in jail or a juvenile detention center. "

As I already explained, there really isn't much of a severe consequence, depending on the state, and there are no federal laws against cyber-bullying, nor has GoldNparadise been bullying you.
We have children who are growing up on the streets, doing drugs, and committing felonies, and you're concerned about our troubled youth saying "mean" things on the internet? Are you serious? If you were really concerned about our youth, why didn't you make a journal about programs that help reform troubled juveniles?
Oh right, you don't care about troubled children. You're a selfish, fascist, brat, who has a hunger for attention. You're trying to play the victim, and seem like someone who is genuinely concerned for a cause, when in truth, you got personally offended about a non-problem, and saw an opportunity to get attention.

"I am going to take a two or three day break since the stress that I am under has made me physically sick. I feel terrible I'm only online right now to make this status, so if anyone comments I won't respond until I come back."

Boy, aren't you good at playing the victim! I can almost taste those fake tears! I think the worst part out of all of this is the fact that you are 24! You are extremely immature and sensitive for an adult! You have a lot of growing up to do, for someone your age.

TL : DR
 In conclusion,
this isn't isn't cyber-bullying, it's art. She is trying to censor art. Cyber-bullying isn't even illegal on a federal level, and sometimes not even on a state level. However this was all a way to play the victim, and gain attention.

Offense is never given, it's taken

This silly idea that other people are responsible for your feelings, needs to stop. Nobody is responsible for how you feel, you are. If you have problems, then you need to take care of them. Nobody can control your emotions, nor is anybody holding a gun to your head and forcing you to view "offensive" material.
It's one thing to criticize material. But it's another thing to suggest the material is offensive, should be taken down, and the creator should be in jail.

I think you're a pathetic cowardly brat, for hiding my comment, and then blocking me. I was rather tame in my comment despite how awful of a person you are. I did not give you that break here, and will not again.

PS:

To b0rschka you have nothing to worry about. As someone with law and psychology experience, this is an empty threat. Nothing will come of it.
